We have an arrangement with a restaurant in Keswick to provide meals cooked at the Mill Race by one of their chefs.
The restaurant "Good Taste" is run by Peter Sidwell and can be seen at
Peter has recently (September 2010) been seen on Channel Four with his "Lakes on a Plate" series of cookery in the Lake District.

Peter also runs a cookery school in Keswick which starts in January 2011.
